I'm tyring to ev train my Gengar in Pokemon Soulsilver for competitive battles.

I have a quesiton, wat would be the best stats to ev gengar in, and what pokemon are best to face to ev in the stats.

yea, remember 252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 HP. is the way to go
