What do you use your master ball on?

If you play normal and only get 1 master ball on a game, what do you use it on? Do you go and blow it on something stupid, do you use it on the main legend for the game, do you use it on roaming pokemon, etc?

one of my friends used their master ball ....... on a caterpie just for fun lol

I cloned my Master Ball in Emerald so I can migrate or trade to other games 1#iNF times xD
